Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Shipping Times: We ship via USPS within the United States. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Lost or Damaged Packages: Once a package is in the hands of the carrier, The Coconut Closet is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout if available.

International Shipping: We do not currently ship internationally.
